Signiant

The Look's file transfers are powered by the secure Signiant service (similar to Aspera). We encourage all client to use our Signiant portal to upload, download and play media from us. You will need to contact bookings@thelooklondon.com who can create an account for you and then install the Signiant app to get maximum security and transfer speeds.

Each file that is forwarded and downloaded by a new user will incur a charge on the production so please be aware of that.

Due to security reasons on most projects we do not encourage non secure FTP, WeTransfer or Vimeo transfers.
